Sales Offices

Sales offices are used at new housing developments, automobile sales facilities, golf courses or for office space where an upgraded aesthetic appearance is desired. Many commercial finishes are available to achieve your desired appearance or to fit your budget requirements.

At new housing developments the interiors are sometimes left unfinished to allow the homebuilder to incorporate finishes resembling those that will be included in the homes. Sales Offices usually include restroom facilities and a built-in coffee bar.

The completed units are bright with abundant windows and well suited to the installation of wall or floor displays of the products offered. Interior spaces are well lit with fluorescent lighting. For custom applications, special lighting can be incorporated into the design. Central heating and air conditioning are standard and ducted throughout the building.

Sales Offices are available in a variety of unit lengths, in a single unit or doublewide configuration. For larger applications, similar floor plans and finishes are available in our multi-section buildings.

Interior layouts can be adjusted to accommodate the intended use of the building. For example, if the building were to be used at a golf course for a pro-shop, most or all of the interior partitioning may be eliminated. That same building used at an auto dealership would require more partitions or private offices due to privacy concerns.

The typical Sales Office includes painted wood exterior siding, however, there are no color limitations for the exterior finish. The color scheme can blend with other buildings or highlight your corporate colors.
