Flying Horse Golf Club recently opened a new golf course location and needed a temporary clubhouse while they planned to construct a commercial modular facility.

The Challenge

The modular building would take approximately 2-3 years to complete so Flying Horse needed transitional space for their members while the new facility was under construction.

The Solution

Mobile Modular was able to provide our client with 3 modular units that could be installed to fit their time constraints and budget. The 2160 sq. ft. building includes an open retail space with restrooms and outdoor patio seating. Just in time for the golf season, the project took 90 days, completed over the late winter months.
