Background

Old Redford Academy purchased an existing church adjacent to their elementary for their expanding middle school population. They renovated the existing church building to accommodate an auditorium, cafeteria, gym, and office space. After the renovation, they were still in need of additional middle school classroom space. Our Team constructed a 2-story modular addition that connected to the existing building through an enclosed corridor. The new addition features 14 classrooms, 2 science rooms, and 2 restrooms. The building’s exterior finishes were chosen to blend seamlessly with the existing renovated 100-year-old church. The building was installed and secured in 7 days.
