In addition to it's superior strength-to-weight, steel will not splinter, crack, warp, rot or burn - often lowering your annual insurance cost!

Our typical Steel Frame Modular Building System units will include floor decking and roof sheathing of non-combustible material and will render the entire structure completely non-combustible. A steel framed non-combustible structure should not be confused with a fire rated structure, however, fire ratings and fire separations can be addressed for specific applications.
