A clear span modular building system that provides seemingly endless versatility, appeal and longevity!

VersiPlex is our proprietary clear span building system, specifically engineered for strength, durability and maximum flexibility. All materials are commercial or architectural grade and, with normal routine maintenance, will last as you would expect any commercial structure.

The VersiPlex modular building system consists of three (3) types of modules: Egress ends; Clear centers; Galley centers. Galley centers may include plumbing for single or multi-user restrooms and/or kitchenette, or expanded to provide offices or conference rooms. Modules are custom sized, and two (2) or more can be joined to construct a building with unobstructed floor space! All wiring is easily accessible overhead and non-bearing columns can be quickly added to conceal power and cable drops.

The VersiPlex can be delivered finished, both interior and exterior, ready to serve almost any institutional, social or commercial application. Typical module sizes are 12' x 60' providing 720 square feet of space. Multiple units can be combined to create a building sized to suit your requirements, limited in size only by the governing building code. The VersiPlex modular units are available with wood or steel framing.

VersiPlex can be custom built using your choice of interior and exterior finishes and materials! If built for a permanent foundation, our factory can make provisions that allow for real brick or stone.
