In Only Five Months, Mobile Modular (formerly Design Space Modular Buildings) Delivers 3600 Sq Ft of Custom Office Space to ICCU

Mobile Modular (formerly Design Space Modular Buildings) recently helped by providing 3,600 square feet of custom modular office space at the headquarters in Chubbuck Idaho. With the help of their prime contractor and Mobile Modular (formerly Design Space Modular Buildings), Idaho Central is adding administrative space to the main campus, as well as landscaping, fountains, and a basketball court. The modular space will be used to house online financial staff and construction services. This building at some point may be relocated to other locations as they continue to grow.
Total project was five months from start to finish. Custom finishes included Kraus Searchlight carpet tile and base, Armstrong Dune Second Look ceiling tiles, and Kawneer Full Lite storefront doors with electric strike and panic hardware.
