We rented this unit and it was transported here from Maryland. When the second of the first two trailers arrived one of the wheels fell off (with the brake drum in it) in our driveway, several other were already missing and you could see where the buildings had been damaged on guardrails or whatever. The third unit had been roughed around so bad that nearly of the ceiling and light fixtures were on the floor or hanging down. The installer was ill prepared to set the units, would show-up at around 9:30am or later and took nearly 2-weeks to install the units instead of the 2-days that we were told. The building is nice but the carpet is dirty and a couple of the walls are very dirty. The building installer didn't hook-up the water or sewer that was installed and waiting for them. A bit disappointed overall.
