Mobile Modular Constructs a Modern, Energy-Efficient Facility for Growing Congregation

Background

Denver Baptist Church, experiencing rapid growth, was in dire need of additional space for their adult worship group and committee meetings. The church aimed to keep younger attendees in the main building, emphasizing the need for an expansion. From the project's inception, Mobile Modular made numerous site visits and collaborated closely with the church's team to understand and cater to their specific requirements. The Solution

Mobile Modular designed a layout that encompassed seven classrooms, a reception area, and restrooms, all under one roof. The construction, which began in August 2015, was completed by year-end. The new building boasts energy-efficient features like occupancy-sensor lights, independent HVAC units for each classroom, solid core interior doors, steel exterior doors, and vinyl windows. The exterior showcases 8” Hardipanel horizontal lap siding with Hardipanel stucco skirting, presenting a modern and aesthetically pleasing look.
