Mobile Modular Delivers a New High School in Three Phases

Challenge and Solution

Green Dot contacted Mobile Modular with a concept for a three-phase approach for starting a new high school in Memphis, Tenn. In 2017, nine classrooms were installed for Phase I, and then an additional ten classrooms in 2018 for Phase II at Bluff City High School. With enrollment growing, Mobile Modular installed an additional 16 classrooms in 2019 during Phase III.

The Layout

Phase I and II are connected buildings. While aluminum canopies and walkways connect Phase III for easy and efficient pass-through.
