Asbury United Methodist Church in Livermore, CA needed a new modular office building to replace their current dilapidated and hazardous modular building. The Process

The modular building was designed, manufactured, delivered, and fully finished within the rigid 4-month required time frame. The modular building was built to include several offices, a conference room, storage space, administration space, and a waiting area. Mobile Modular’s scope included handling the foundation, excavation, HVAC system installation, fire sprinklers, and interior finishes. Additionally, we provided site-installed roof trusses on site to elevate the look of the completed modular building for a truly site-built feel.
