On September 25, 2025, Mobile Modular employees came together at our corporate office in Livermore to support the Habitat for Humanity Playhouse Program. This unique initiative brings volunteers into the process of building tiny playhouses, which not only brighten the lives of local families but also directly support Habitat’s mission of expanding access to affordable housing.

Hands-On Teamwork

Over the course of the afternoon, volunteers rolled up their sleeves to take on every step of the playhouse-building process. From learning how to machine cut wood to carefully painting each piece, employees gained new skills while working side by side with colleagues. What started as piles of raw materials quickly transformed into colorful playhouse parts, ready to be assembled and donated to families in our community.

A Spirit of Service

The event was hosted on the North Side Lawn of our corporate campus, just outside the breakroom. Employees dedicated their time after work hours to ensure the project’s success. For many, it was more than just a team building activity — it was a chance to connect with each other while contributing to a cause that strengthens our neighborhoods.
